I'll be honest: I almost skipped the My Missing Courier quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong. After beating Widow and freeing the captives in Bellhart, I saw a new Wish Board appear next to the shop, but I figured it was just another fetch quest. Boy, was I wrong. This side quest is one of the most rewarding early-game detours you can take, because it unlocks three fantastic items in the Bellhart shop. If you're stuck wondering where that pesky courier wandered off to, don't worry—I've got you covered.

How to Start My Missing Courier Quest

First things first: you can't even accept this quest until you've defeated Widow, the boss of Bellhart. That fight becomes available after you complete Shellwood and take down Sister Splinter. Once you've beaten Widow and freed the webbed-up captives, a Wish Board will pop up right next to the shop. Talk to the shopkeeper first—she'll mention her courier is missing—then interact with the Wish Board to officially accept the quest. Simple enough, right?

Finding the Missing Courier

Here's where things get tricky. The courier is hidden in Bone Bottom, but the fastest route is actually from the Blasted Steps region. From the fast-travel point in Shellwood, head west into Blasted Steps. You'll soon hit a large gap in the ground—jump down and use your Drifter's Cloak glide ability to hover to the left side of the area. Keep going downward, hugging the left wall as tightly as you can. If you're doing it right, you'll eventually hear an NPC's voice. That's your cue that you're close.

You'll land on a small platform where a very exhausted-looking bug is resting. Talk to him—his name is Courier Tipp—and exhaust all his dialogue. He'll thank you and head back to Bellhart. Now all you have to do is return to the shopkeeper and speak to her to wrap up the quest. Easy peasy, as long as you don't miss that leftward glide.

My Missing Courier Quest Rewards

This is the part that makes it all worth it. Before completing the quest, Bellhart's shop only sells a Rosary Necklace and a Shard Bundle. After rescuing Courier Tipp, the inventory expands significantly. Here's what you can buy:

The Multibinder is the star of the show, in my opinion. It fits into a blue Tool slot, and its in-game description says it 'extends the act of binding, but increases its healing effects.' After testing it myself, I found that it heals four masks instead of the usual three. The catch? Hornet now needs to Bind twice to recover her health. It takes some getting used to because of the delay, but once you master the timing, it's an absolute lifesaver against bosses. 💡

So there you have it—don't sleep on this quest like I almost did. The expanded inventory alone is worth the detour, and the Multibinder might just become a permanent fixture in your build. Happy hunting! 🗺️

Bargain hunting doesn't have to stop at Bellhart's shop. If you're the type of player who wants every purchase to count—whether it's Rosaries for a Multibinder or real money for your next game—it helps to have a smart comparison tool on your side.
